Fixed-price items can be purchased directly. Custom colours and materials are added to a quote request.
2. Send Your Order on WhatsApp
Your cart opens WhatsApp with a prepared message containing your products and details. Your order is recorded when we receive it.
3. We Confirm Availability & Delivery
We reply with availability, preparation time, delivery fees and custom colour prices.
4. Pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash
We send payment details after confirmation. Pay and send the transfer screenshot and reference in the same WhatsApp conversation.
5. Preparation & Delivery
After verifying payment, we prepare your order for delivery or showroom collection.
Colour Policy
Computer-prepared or tinted paints cannot be returned or exchanged after tinting. Slight colour variations may occur due to the material, surface and lighting.
