Ordering & Payment
How Do I Order?
Add products to your cart and enter your details. WhatsApp opens with a prepared order message. Send it and we will reply with availability, preparation time and delivery fees.
When Do I Pay?
After we confirm availability and delivery fees on WhatsApp. Pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash; no payment is due before confirmation.
How Do I Send Payment Proof?
After transferring, send the screenshot and transaction reference in the same WhatsApp conversation. We prepare your order after verifying receipt.
Do Prices Include VAT?
Yes. All website prices include 14% VAT.
Why Are Some Products Priced on Request?
Tinted paint prices depend on colour code and concentration; material prices depend on availability. Add them to a quote request and we will send prices on WhatsApp.
How Do I Track My Order?
In the same WhatsApp conversation. We update you on confirmation, payment, preparation and delivery.
Colours & Tinting
How Do I Choose a Colour?
Choose a code from the Jazeera colour fan and enter it on the product page. Screen colours differ from real paint, so viewing the fan in our showroom gives a more accurate choice.
What Do 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% Concentration Mean?
100% is the full colour-code shade. Lower concentrations produce a lighter version of the same colour. We mix your chosen concentration by computer in the showroom.
Can I Return Tinted Paint?
No. Computer-tinted paint cannot be returned or exchanged after tinting. Shades may vary slightly with surface and lighting.
Can I Order the Same Colour Again?
The colour code and concentration are recorded on your invoice, making it easy to reorder.
Delivery & Returns
What Are the Delivery Fees and Areas?
Delivery fees depend on your area and are confirmed before you pay. You can also collect from our Zewail Plaza Mall showroom.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We confirm preparation and delivery dates with your order and start preparing after payment arrives.
Can I Return an Untinted Item?
Return terms for untinted items are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Tinted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Zewail Plaza Mall, Showroom B107, Zewail Main Street, Hadayek October. Opening hours will be confirmed on the website; ask on WhatsApp before visiting.
Do You Offer Trade or Bulk Prices?
Yes. Send your bill of materials or quantities through our professionals page for a written quotation and supply schedule.
Do You Supply More Than Paint?
Yes: wallpaper, 3D panels, mouldings, WPC, wood and marble alternatives, doors and windows, natural marble, electrical supplies and our own flat-pack furniture. Ask about availability on WhatsApp.
