What you need to know about delivery, payment, returns and cancellation before ordering.
Delivery
- We deliver to your address, or you can collect from our showroom at Zewail Plaza Mall.
- Delivery fees depend on your area and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- We confirm preparation and delivery dates when confirming your order.
Payment & Preparation
- Payment is due after we confirm availability and delivery fees.
- Pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, then send your transfer screenshot and reference on WhatsApp.
- We start preparing your order after verifying that payment has arrived.
Returns & Exchanges
- Computer-tinted or prepared paints cannot be returned or exchanged after tinting.
- Colour shades may vary slightly with the material, surface and lighting.
- For untinted items, return terms are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
- Inspect your order on receipt and report any concerns immediately on WhatsApp.
Cancellation
- Before payment, you can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Orders without WhatsApp confirmation within 24 hours expire automatically.
- After payment, contact us on WhatsApp to agree on a solution.
